I am having latency using vst's in cubase 3.
I've been able to solve latency before in Reason, so I know my hardware is ok.
What settings do I change in cubase to get rid of latency?

I figured out the problem. In Devices-->Device Setup...-->VST Audiobay,
I had to change the master Asio driver from Asio Multimedia driver to Creative Asio. This gave me a 2ms latency.
