Rewire Reason 3 to Cubase SX 2.2

Hi
I can rewire fine and also record a midi track using subtractor as an instrument, however when I introduce another instrument such as a VST in the form of Battery I can hear subtractor playing when I hit my Midi Keyboard it looks like Cubase is still routing out to the subtractor even though I have selected anothor midi track with the output changed to Battery. I'm new to this game and I reckon I' def doing something wrong can some one advise please.

How'd you fix it Red? What was the problem? Good to have the solution up here incase anyone else experiences the same thing.
