Altern 8 ... Frequency...Evapor 8...some of their other stuff was cool as well

Acen .. Trip II The Moon Parts 1,2,and 3 ... Obsessed...Close Your Eyes (The Sequel)..and so on lol

Baby D ..they were more of a this and that act though..some hardcore..some jungle.... some tracks of theirs I like... Got To Believe... So Pure... there were a few others as well but they were mixes by them and other artists...

Babylon Timewarp ... Durban Poison and Durban Poison (Nut-E-1 Mix)....

DJ Scoobie ..Wait For The Bass (Drum'n'Bass Mix)

Fantasy UFO ..Fantasy....Mind,Body,Soul

Manix ... Turn Away Skull...Alright Wit Me...

Nu-Matic ..All Over Me...Spring In My Step...Treat Me Right (Re-Vi-Til-Ized Mix)

Prodigy..pretty much everything..I'm a huge Prodigy fan lol

SL2 ..On A Ragga Tip...Way In My Brain..Drumbeats...DJ's Take Control

I could go on for quite a while but these are some of my favourites anyway :)

I like some hardcore..drum n bass/jungle...I vary alot on some stuff back then..but mostly it's hardcore and jungle

some other artists I like...

2 Bad Mice...Slipmatt..Blame...Foul Play...DJ Seduction...DJ Axis...Liquid...alot of Mark Ryder's stuff,he goes under well too many names as do alot of other producers back then....Serotonin...Hyper-on Experience...and on and on and on hehe

Hmmmm well, the only ones I know are The Prodigy and SL2 (Baby-D??? did they do the track "Let me be your Fantasy"?) :D ... I'm more into:

The Old Moby tracks (Feelin so Real, Go)
T99 (Anastasia, Nocturne)
Public Energy (Three 'O Three)
Edge Of Motion (Setup 707)
Joey beltram
A Homeboy, a Hippie and a Funky Dredd (Total Confusion)

Also known as Oldstyle or Oldskool Hardcore...

lol all the ones I mentioned are old skool hardcore..and some are old skool jungle...

Baby D did do Let Me Be Your Fantasy :)

Altern 8 also were known as Nexus 21..they were around since the late 80's..going under Altern 8 later as they switched their act to more of a hardcore act around '91ish

Acen was very huge for old skool hardcore '91 on up

Babylon Timewarp I think came around '93

DJ Scoobie was around '92ish

Fantasy UFO was around '90/'91

Manix were around very early in the '90s

Nu-Matic were known as Break The Limits before they went under Nu-Matic in '91/'92

SL2 were around in the late '80s with an ep Do That Dance

all of these were top quality hardcore acts ..you should check them out :)

Moby was more of a ravey/house act.. T99 was a harder house/hardcore act...I can't remember Public Energy too much...Edge of Motion Set Up 707 is a wicked tune..but is also housey...Beltram is Techno...Homeboy Hippie and a Funki Dredd Total Confusion was an excellent old skool hardcore tune :D

I've got some new material coming along very slowly now..ranging from odd reggae vibes to house to dark beat'ish stuff..i'm all over the place right now..i do whatever comes to my head as of now rather than focusing on a style..here's some examples...maybe i can inspire someone for a collab or perhaps i can try my hand at some remixing..

Good atmospheric/piano anthem.very old skool chris, and that lock up beat was a staple amoungst beats back then, nice choice.

did you ever remix this? it could use some good synth leads goin over it here and there for even more raving madness, not to mention a good rhythm bass would suit this nicely as well imho :)

classic tune in the end though, nice 1
