Dear Santa Propellerhead,
i know that over the years you 've brought so many gifts to me and other children, but i can't seem to convince you to add a few essentials in your upcoming edition, such as:
- a module to apply VSTs in Reason (no we still love the classic reason effects and absolutely adore making even the most absurd routings, but how about a small window to the world of other user's program's effects? Yes, it's the neighbours apples that make us jealous and unappreciative)
- audio recording. (why trouble us so much by forcing us to use other software for recording a vocal sample, then bring it in Reason via NNXT, when all we need is that red button to work on audio too?)
- reverse playback of samples (that's not too much trouble, is it Santa? For Rex we mean)
I know we ain't remotely close to christmas but time is never short when you are waiting for the newest Reason release

Those are the most unlikely to ever be seen in Reason requests :(

The reverse playback is a possibility I imagine, but vst and audio in are some of the biggest no answers I've seen them say for the past two years :?

I know. I 've read about it a lot on the net. There's something like an inferiority complex going on. They say(the props): if we include audio+VSTs, then we won't be a standalone program, we 'll be like Cubase (so people will compare us to all Cubase sort of programs and prefer them to Reason etc...). I think it's their pride saying no!
But a wishlist is what it is. Wishful thinking. I don't think they receive any feedback from reading wishlists, maybe only if too many people agree on one thing. So that was my voice at least

And my job too. I 'd like to automate via matrix or Malstrom mods the handling of incoming dull documents. Maybe a cv input triggering a new device called "The Substitute"
