Error while exporting audio mixdown!?!

Hello, I have yet another problem. While trying to export this track I've been working on I get a general error message saying there was a problem during the operation, nothing more specific.
This has never happened before (I use Cubase SX, on Win XP)...it won't even let me export single tracks from the tune
I haven't done anything different from the usual so I'm lost here.
Anyone know what's giong on???

It sounds like you have the arrows reversed. When selecting what to export, make sure that right arrow is pointing right, and the left arrow is point left.
