Dual Screen Support

Postby housey » Sat Aug 06, 2005 2:58 am

Hi,

Maybe it has this already but I thought it would be great to have Reason using two screens. My though was have one screen with the front rack view and the other showing the tab'd reverse view, showing the cables etc.

Just though it would be pretty cool...

It's got dual screen support, but not for the front & back of the rack. Instead, you are able to put the rack on one screen and the sequencer on the other or across both.

Just go to "window" and "detatch sequencer window" then drag it to your second screen.

I'm thinking about getting a third monitor on top of the rack monitor, so the rack could be on 2 screens. :D

Ah ok :)

Thats really cool as resizing the sequencer window all the time is a bit of a pain... must give it a try...... actually maybe quite useful even with one screen.

What they say is, after you've tried it with two, there's no turning back (NO, I'm not talking about sex)

try this:

If you have a rotating LCD you can set it up so that your rack monitor is vertical, instead of horizontal.
