Running on Reason 3.0 right now, and haven't found a way to change tempo mid-song. This'd be great.... I'm envisioning a way, for example, to gradually slow or speed up tempo, just as I can fade volume or EQ levels on any of the device knobs.

So, I start out @ 143.502 bpm, and then can speed up to 176.076 gradually over a period of 8 measures, keep it there for a while, and then take it back down to 143.502. Then, end the song by slowing it down gradually. Or whatever.

Of course, changing the tempo shouldn't change the pitch of the sound (unless I wanted it to). It should just change the playback speed.
