How about a 'bounce down all tracks' feature in the exporting options.

This would allow you to create a project folder with all the stereo tracks exported as .wav/.aif for use in some other program like Cubase or Logic...

You could have a set of options to allow you to include/exclude tracks and create duplicate tracks etc.

Also, it should export the tracks as the name of the sequencer track.
