A while back, we had a big collab that everyone took a part in. Want to see if there is any interest in doing another one.

The basic theme goes, one person starts, the next does a another part, and we keep going until it's finished. We can keep it simple, and limit the refills. But I want to know if there is interest in it. Reply to this if you're interested.

suggestions:
-ReFills: only Soundbanks and ReFills which are in the Download section (that should be more than enough)
-Reason version: how far are we willing to go back? There are probably people still working with v1.01 so should we limit the 3.0 users? or the 2.5 users? or 2.0 etc etc...

Questions:
-Style: which one?
-Samples: usage of samples? or only ReFills?

Hmm, sounds like good suggestion, we just need to get more people interested. Hopefully than we can narrow down to the specifics. So now it two people, Me and MokuM.

I would say that we should do only current version (3.0).

Or, an informal competition between 3.0 users and 2.5 users if there's enough people what want to get in on it.

Cool. I can participate also. Let's use only Factory and Orkester, but some reasonable amount of own samples should be allowed, right? We can include them in the .rns

So now that we have four people, we can concrete the rules.

1. Factory/Orkester Soundbanks
2. Reasonfreaks Refills
3. Own samples and such, as long as such the file doesn't get too big.
4. We need a a shared d/l site, where we can upload so it can be passed to the next person.
5. Reason 2.5 users will be placed on top of the list, and 3.0 will get a chance later to work on the rns. (Is there a way to make 3.0 files backwards compatible if we don't use the new devices?)

Let me know if there is anything else, should we wait or start now?

Regarding #5, nope, it isn't possible, as soon as you save a song file in 3.0, it won't work in 2.5 no matter what. Sorry. The reason is that a lot of "invisible" things changed in the program.
And count me in as interested in the collaboration, though I fear I will just it worse than it should be.
